School meals

As a DEIS school we participate in The School Meals Programme. This programme provides funding towards the provision of food services. We are part of the non-statutory School Meals Local project. The Department of Social protection provides the funding directly to us and we operate the school meals project. Fresh Today are our current supplier. We supply a breakfast/snack for small break and a hot meal for big break. All children have received login details to update their order at home. To change or update your child’s lunch, login at ‘freshtoday.ie’ and make changes before 5:00pm on Thursdays. If you have any issues with changing your child’s lunch, please contact the office and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Our last School Meals inspection was in autumn of 2022. Our accounts from 2019-2022 were audited on site and the school was found to be fully compliant with the terms of the scheme
