In April, the children spent a lot of time learning all about Brazil and the Amazon Rainforest. The boys and girls completed some excellent projects on various Brazilian topics such as; animals that live in the rainforest and the Brazilian soccer team. Alba focused on Brazilian foods for her project and very kindly made us all some brigadeiro to try out! Alba taught us that brigadeiro is a traditional Brazilian dessert and told us exactly how she made some using condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter and chocolate sprinkles. It’s safe to say they went down a treat in class and Mr. Kelly even came in to see what all the fuss was about! Alba gets 5 stars from us! 👩🏻🍳🍫⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
